I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I have a recipe I wrote in my shorthand sometime back in the seventies. My niece and my sister have looked high and low through mom’s recipe box and other “jots” but came up short.
When I was a kid my dad always asked for these rolls for his birthday! In our family mom called them Ding-Dings but I remembered her telling me the original recipe was called Ring-a-lings, and
low and behold your site had it and I am quite sure it is the original.
I’m just so pleased and thankful you had it.
