1/3 cup skim milk
1 envelope gelatin
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Dissolve gelatin in milk and set aside.
Add cream and sugar to a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heart.
Add gelatin mixture and boil for 1 more minute.
Add vanilla and pour into individual cups or ramekins.
Let cool on counter uncovered.
When cooled cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Serve with fruit.
