Chipotle Turkey Club
Recipe from the June 2012 Newsletter
Spice up your regular turkey sandwich!
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 pinches chipotle chili powder
- 4 slices multi grain bread (or your choice)
- 4 ounces thinly sliced roast turkey
- 2 ounces Cheddar cheese sliced
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and chipotle powder. Spread the mixture on a piece of bread and form sandwiches by layering the turkey, bacon, cheese, and sprouts and topping with another piece of bread. Can also add other ingredients such as tomato, onion, and green chilis if desired.June 2012 Newsletter
