Ding Dong Cake

Ingredients:
1 chocolate fudge cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped cream
3/4 cup dipping chocolate
5 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla


Directions:
Make cake as directed adding in 1 cup of sour cream.
Bake as directed until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely. For ganache heat cream in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
Set aside.
For frosting add flour and 2 T. milk to a sauce pan and whisk until smooth.
Slowly add rest of milk and cook to a paste. Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer and add flour mixture slowly 1 T. at a time.
Frost cake with white frosting and then top with ganache.
