A delicous potato salad with extra pickles

10 pounds chopped and boiled potatoes
7 hard boiled eggs, sliced
3 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups dill pickles, chopped
1/4 cup pickle juice


In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, 6 chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt, pepper, p8ickes, and pickle juice.

Fold in boiled potato pieces until mixed through.

Top with paprika and one sliced egg.
