Yield: 6 biscuits

Serving size: 6
Calories per serving: 333

Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°. Mix the two ingredients. Sprinkle a little of the flour onto the counter and roll out the dough to about 3/4" to 1" thick. Use a biscuit cutter or the opening of a glass to cut the dough into circles. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and place dough onto the cookie sheet. Brush the tops of the dough with whipping cream. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

To make these healthier, use whole wheat pastry flour with 3 teaspoons baking powder and 1 1/2 teaspoon salt for every 2 cups flour.
