1. Blend honey, oil, egg. Stir in milk, oatmeal, flour, GRAINFIELD'S Corn Flakes, cinnamon, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Dough should be stiff. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Shape into bars.
2. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
