3/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup oil
1 egg (beaten)
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup sesame seeds ]
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
1 1/2 cups GRAINFIELD's cornflakes
1. Blend honey, oil, egg. Stir in milk, oatmeal, flour, Grainfield's Corn Flakes, cinnamon, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Dough should be stiff. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Shape into bars.
2. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
