1/2 cup ESTEE fructose
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup skim milk
1 1/4 ounces (1/2 bar) ESTEE dark chocolate bar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
1. Mix fructose and cornstarch together, then blend with skim milk in small saucepan. Add dark chocolate bar and cook over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat.
2. Add vanilla and margarine; stir until creamy. Covers one 8- or 9-inch round or square layer cake, or 10 cupcakes.
* Or substitute 1 square unsweetened chocolate, broken into small pieces.
