1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with nonstick coating.
2. Toss apple slices with fructose to coat evenly; spread in pan.
3. Using food processor or blender, process cookies into fine crumbs (enough to make 1 cup). Mix crumbs, margarine, and cinnamon together with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm or cold.
