1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick coating.
2. Toss apple slices with fructose to coat evenly spread in pan.
3. Using food processor or blender, process cookies into fine crumbs (enough to make 1 cup). Mix crumbs, margarine, and cinnamon together with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm or cold.
