8 ounces or 1 cup Sugar Free Root Beer soda pop or cola, chilled
1/2 cup ESKIMO PIE Reduced Fat Sweetened with NUTRASWEET vanilla ice cream

Variation: Eskimo Freeze

Place 4 oz or 1/2 cup of sugar-free soda and 4 oz or 1/2 cup of ESKIMO PIE Reduced Fat Sweetened with NUTRASWEET vanilla ice cream in a blender. Mix together and turn blender on whip setting. Let mixture whip for approximately 15 seconds.
