Ham and Asparagus Strata |

4 cups PEPPERIDGE Farm Cubed Country Style Stuffing
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)
1 1/2 cups cooked cut asparagus spears
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 can (10 3/4 oz) CAMPBELLS condensed cream of asparagus
2 cups skim milk
5 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1. Mix stuffing, cheese, asparagus, and ham. Spoon into greased 3-qt shallow baking dish.
2. Mix soup, milk, eggs, and mustard. Pour over stuffing mixture.
3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh oregano.
