Ham and Asparagus Strata

Ingredients

4 cups PEPPERIDGE FARM Cubed Country Style seasoned stuffing mix
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8-oz)
1 1/2 cups cooked cut asparagus spears
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can CAMPBELL'S condensed cream of asparagus
2 cups fat-free milk
5 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard

Directions:

1. Mix stuffing, cheese, asparagus, and ham. Spoon into greased 3-quart shallow baking dish.

2. Mix soup, milk, eggs, and mustard. Pour over stuffing mixture.

3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh oregano.

Tip: For 1 1/2 cups cooked cut asparagus use 3/4 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces, or 1 pkg. (about 10 oz) frozen asparagus spears, thawed, drained, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
