Hot Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 small carrots, thinly sliced diagonally (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup sliced celery
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can FRANCO-AMERICAN Turkey gravy
1/2 pound sliced cooked turkey
4 diagonally sliced pieces Italian breads

Directions:

1. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook carrots, onion, celery, and thyme until tender, stirring occasionally.

2. Stir in gravy. Heat to boiling. Add turkey. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Divide turkey and gravy mixture evenly among bread slices. If desired, serve with apples and grapes garnish with fresh thyme.
