4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4-lb), cut into strips
1 cup KRAFT FREE ranch salad dressing, fat free, ** divided
1/2 cup (2 oz) KRAFT FREE Nonfat Grated Topping ***
1 package (10 oz) salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup seasoned croutons
1 red bell pepper or yellow, or green cut into strips
1. Toss chicken with 1/4 cup of the dressing; coat with Parmesan cheese.
2. Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray on medium heat 10 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Toss chicken and remaining ingredients lightly with remaining dressing.
