1 1/2 pounds fish, fillets of haddock, cod, flounder or sole
3 tablespoons unprocessed flour
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon onion powder
Dash basil
1 large egg (beaten)
1 lemon
2 cups GRAINFIELDS Wheat Flakes or cornflakes (crushed)
1. Wash fish; wipe dry. Mix flour with seasonings. Toss fish in seasoned flour. Crush Grainfield's Wheat Flakes or Corn Flakes. Place in baking pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
2. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or to desired doneness. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
