3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can SWANSON oriental broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
1. In medium saucepan mix cornstarch, broth, garlic powder, pepper, and onions. Over medium-high heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
2. Add shrimp. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring often. Serve over rice.
