Prep Time: 10 minutes - Yield: 1 1/4 cups (enough for 4 servings of meat)
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey or sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture over 1 to 2 lb. of steak. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to marinate.
2. Grill or broil as desired, spooning or brushing marinade over steaks halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
