1. To prepare marinade, in small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak; blend well. Set aside.
2. Score top of steak diagonally in a crisscross pattern about 1/8 inch deep. Place steak in resealable food storage plastic bag. Pour marinade over steak; seal bag. Turn bag to coat steak. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
