1. Cut fish into strips, 2 x 0.5". Other procedures are the same as steps.
2. Stir and mix the batter well.
3. Heat oil to medium hot . Hold each shrimp by tail then dip in batter; deep-fry 2 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Remove and put shrimp on a paper towel to absorb oil. Serve with dipping sauce.
