1 pound frozen cod filets
BATTER
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Mix together. Cut cod fillets into serving sizes. Dip pieces into batter (make sure pieces are dry so batter will stick). Deep fry in 1-inch of oil for 10 to 15 minutes each
side or until golden brown. Serves 2.
