Print this Recipe
(about 2 cups each)
1 bag 94% fat-free butter or natural flavor microwave popcorn, popped (12 cups)
3 cups light cheddar cheese -flavored corn snacks
1 cup fat-free pretzels sticks
1 tablespoon reduced-fat margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 300°. Mix popcorn, corn snacks and pretzels in 2-gallon plastic food-storage bag. Mix margarine, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder; pour over mixture in bag. Seal bag; shake to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Seal bag; shake to coat. Pour mixture into ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake 10 minutes; cool. Store in airtight container.
