1 (16-ounce) container extra-creamy plain nonfat or vanilla yogurt (2 cups)
1 (10-ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries or raspberries, partially thawed
1 medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
