1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup dry red wine
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture over lamb chops or cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
