1. Heat oven to 375°F. Place roast in shallow baking pan. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; blend well. Spread mixture over pork. Insert meat thermometer so bulb reaches center of thickest part of pork.
2. Bake at 375°F. for 40 to 50 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F.
3. Remove pork from oven. Cover with tent of foil. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
