1. In small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, place lamb chops on broiler pan brush with sauce. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 9 to 11 minutes or until browned and of desired doneness, turning chops and brushing with sauce once during cooking. Bring remaining sauce to a boil. Serve sauce with lamb chops.
TIP:*Other seasonings for lamb chops include a dash of garlic salt, paprika or curry powder added with salt and pepper.
