Grilled Stuffed Pork Chops |

Prep Time: 30 minutes - Yield: 4 servings
STUFFING
1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1 teaspoon freeze-dried chopped chives
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 cups herb- seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
PORK CHOPS
4 boneless pork loin chops, (1 inch thick)
1. GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine marjoram, chives and basil; mix well. Reserve 2 teaspoons herb mixture; set aside. To remaining herb mixture, add stuffing mix, onion, water and margarine; mix well.
2. Cut deep horizontal pocket in one side of each pork chop. Stuff each chop with about 1/2 cup stuffing mixture; press firmly. Sprinkle reserved herb mixture on both sides of each chop.
3. When ready to grill, place chops on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once.
TIP: To broil pork chops, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once.
