2/3 cup frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture over pork cutlets, tenderloin, chops or cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
2. Bake, grill or broil pork as desired, spooning or brushing marinade over pork halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
