PINEAPPLE SALSA
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno chiles
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
HAM
1 (1 1/2-pound) fully cooked center-cut ham slice, (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
1. GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well.
2. When ready to grill, place ham on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning 2 or 3 times. Serve with pineapple salsa.
TIP:To broil ham, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning 2 to 3 times.
