Cook's Note: Tips for Grilling Chops

Ingredients

Directions:

Place 1-inch-thick chops 4 to 6 inches from moderately hot coals. Cook 20 to 30 minutes or until tender and thoroughly cooked, turning once. Brush on any sauce or glaze in the last 10 minutes or so of cooking time to avoid burning it.
