1 (16-ounce) package uncooked linquini noodles
2 teaspoons margarine or butter
1 1/4 cups finely chopped Canadian bacon
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free eggs product, thawed
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook linguine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, in Dutch oven or large saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Add bacon, onions and garlic; cook and stir 4 minutes or until onions are tender.
3. Add cooked linguine, milk, egg product and pepper to bacon mixture; toss gently to mix. Cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese.
