Turkey Burgers
Serves: 6
Print this Recipe
1 pound turkeys, ground
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs, whole grain (made in blender from 2 slices of bread)
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Black pepper, freshly ground to taste
Try these as a low-fat alternative to hamburgers.
1. Combine all ingredients and shape the mixture into 6 patties.
2. Fry, broil, or grill the burgers until they are done, about 5 minutes a side.
Food exchanges per serving: 1/3 BREAD, 2 lean MEAT
