This is a recipe from my vegetarian friend, Wendy Iscov, who is also the mother of two boys.
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix all ingredients completely. Pour into an oiled 9- by 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 1½ hours. Cut into 10 equal portions.
