1 28-ounce can tomatoes whirled in blender
3/4 cup white wine
3 pounds chicken pieces, skinned
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, natural

1. Combine all ingredients except peanut butter in large skillet and simmer, covered, 45 minutes.
2. Remove chicken. Add peanut butter. Stir and heat. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
