1 8-ounce carton yogurt, nonfat
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons parsley, minced fresh
1/2 onion, minced
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound flounder filets or other fish filets
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in blender or food processor. Whirl just until smooth. Place fish in baking dish; spread sauce evenly over fillets.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Fish should separate easily when a fork is inserted in the middle.
