Creamy Vinaigrette

Serves: 10

   2/3 cup yogurt, low-fat
   5 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar, apple
   2 tablespoons olive oil
   1 tablespoon dijon style mustard
   1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
   1 tablespoon garlic (very large) crushed
   1 tablespoon soy sauce, reduced-sodium (optional)
   1/4 teaspoon dill weed, dried
