Tortilla Ranch Style

Print this Recipe


   1 cup assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, zucchini, green onions, spinach, sweet red peppers, and/or lettuce), thinly shredded
   1 large flour tortilla
   2 tablespoons reduced-fat ranch salad dressing
   1 ounce Swiss cheese
   1 ounce sliced turkey


Method

1. Layer vegetables on tortilla.

2. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables.

3. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave briefly.
