Pan-Broiled Shrimp

Ingredients

1 teaspoon margarine
1/3 medium sweet onion, sliced
1/3 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Heat margarine in medium saucepan. Sauté onion until translucent.

2. Add shrimp. Sauté until pink, about 3-5 minutes.

3. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
