Crunchy Tuna Cheese Melt

Ingredients

1/2 cup water-packed canned tuna, drained
2 tablespoons fat-free plain yogurt
4 water chestnuts, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 slices whole-wheat bread, toasted
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack-Colby cheese
2 green peppers rings

Directions:

1. Set oven to broil.

2. In small bowl, combine tuna, yogurt, water chestnuts, onions, and celery.

3. Spread on toasted bread. Top with shredded cheese and broil until cheese melts. Garnish each slice with a green pepper ring.
