Spicy Turkey Loaf

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
3/4 cup fat-free evaporated milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup bread crumbs
4 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic clove
4 sprigs parsley or cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix all ingredients together. Press into an ungreased loaf pan.

3. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool about 5 minutes, then cut into 8 slices.
