Grated Carrot-Raisin Salad

   1 medium-sized carrot
   2 tablespoons raisins
   1/4 Bartlett pear, peeled and sliced
   2 tablespoons fat-free Italian salad dressing


Method

1. Wash and peel carrot. Finely grate carrot in food processor or hand grater.

2. Mix carrots and raisins together. Place mixture in center of plate and surround with pear slices.

3. Drizzle dressing over salad.
