Sloppy Joes


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 270

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
dash pepper
6 hamburger buns (preferably whole grain)

Directions:

1. Sauté ground beef, onion, and celery. Drain excess fat.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.

3. Spoon onto hamburger buns, allowing about 1/2 cup per bun.
