Seven-Layer Salad

Ingredients

3 cups torn iceberg lettuce
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 ounces shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Directions:

1. In a medium casserole dish, layer lettuce and other vegetables.

2. Mix together yogurt and mayonnaise and spread on the top layer. Top with cheese, bacon, and eggs.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours or more.
