Noodle Supreme Salad

Ingredients

3 cups water
2 ounces wide noodles
1/4 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 ounces water-packed canned tuna, drained
2 tablespoons shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 leaves Romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Directions:

1. Bring water to a boil. Add noodles and peas. Cook uncovered 5 minutes. Drain.

2. Combine noodles, peas, soup, and tuna. Mix lightly. Cool.

3. Add red cabbage and tomatoes.

4. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with chopped green onion.
