1 (8-ounce) box whole-wheat rigatoni
1 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped green peppers and red
2 tablespoons chopped onions
8 cherry tomatoes for garnish
Method
1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain.
2. Combine all ingredients and garnish with tomatoes. Refrigerate before serving.
