Tomato And Blue Cheese Platter

Ingredients

3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon horseradish prepared
2 teaspoons basil dried basil leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
lettuce leaves
4 tomatoes large, sliced
4 ounces blue cheese crumbled

Directions:

Combine sour cream, horseradish, basil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Arrange lettuce on a platter and cover with tomato slices spoon dressing over tomatoes. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving. Just before serving, crumble cheese over the top.
