2 cups ham diced cooked
2 cups celery thinly sliced
2 15-ounce cans kidney beans dark, drained
1 cup swiss cheese cut into strips
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup parsley minced fresh
6 green onions thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise commercial or Basic
4 teaspoons horseradish prepared
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes each cut into eighths
16 olives
Toss together ham, celery, beans, cheese, raisins, parsley and green onions. Blend mayonnaise and horseradish; combine with tossed ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for an hour or more. Serve on lettuce; garnish with tomatoes and olives.
