2 bananas sliced
2 cups oranges sections
1/2 cup green seedless grapes cut in half
1/2 cup dates chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
1/3 cup whipped cream whipped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise commercial or Basic
Lettuce leaves
1/3 cup coconut flaked
Combine bananas, oranges, grapes and dates. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chill. Drain fruit. Combine whipped cream and mayonnaise; stir into fruit. Serve on lettuce and sprinkle with coconut.
