1 3-ounce package lemon jello
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments drained and cut into quarters
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coconut flaked
1 cup whipped cream whipped

In a large bowl, combine gelatin, oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut; cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight until gelatin is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from refrigerator and stir until well blended; fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture into 12 foil or paper-lined muffin pan cups. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve, peel off foil or paper and serve on lettuce.
