2 cups melon balls
2 cups fresh pineapples chunks
1 pint blueberries rinsed and well drained
1 banana medium, sliced
1 8-ounce container apricot-flavored yogurt
1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded
In a glass bowl, arrange fruits in layers, reserving 1/2 cup blueberries. Spread yogurt over top; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with reserved blueberries.
Note: Use any combination of fresh fruits available and your favorite flavored yogurt.
