Cook asparagus until crisp-tender drain well. Arrange asparagus in a shallow nonmetal dish. Mix oil, lemon juice, dill weed, dry mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add shrimp. Mix and pour over asparagus marinate for 30 to 60 minutes, spooning some of the liquid over asparagus from time to time. Arrange on a serving plate and garnish with parsley and lemon.
