Susanna is a first-generation Asian American coming from Hong Kong. Her upbringing in Hong Kong and her living experience in different continents gave her a new perspective on life. She is genuinely interested in meeting people and visiting places. Besides having a full-time job working as an accountant, she is also a full-time housewife. Susanna keeps in very close touch with her parents and relatives in the Far East. Susanna loves to cook, especially using the recipes from the Betty Crocker cookbook. Although she cooked a lot of delicious Chinese cuisine, she learned her most delicious dish from the Betty Crocker cookbook-Glazed Lamb Chops. In addition, her favorite dessert that she bakes is "Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping," which is also a Betty Crocker recipe. Susanna also has been involved with the community. She has been active in the American Cancer Society, serving as a speaker in different community events, educating the public on women's cancer issues.
